Western Swimming Pool confirms customer tests positive for COVID-19

The Western Swimming Pool in Peel has confirmed a customer has tested positive for COVID-19.

A customer was involved in an organised session on Monday between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

A spokesperson said: "111 contact tracing is in place and we have provided all necessary information for other customers within this group they believe may have been affected."

"The Western Swimming Pool would always advise any individual showing signs of infection to stay at home and contact the 111 team for advice, we want to reassure all users of the Western Swimming Pool that we have maintained the highest possible hygiene standards and hope to welcome you all back after the end of this circuit breaker."
