110 test positive for COVID-19

110 cases of COVID-19 have been deteced on the Isle of Man in the last 24 hours.
 
A Manx Government update issued at 8pm shows 419 active cases with eight people being treated in hospital.
 
A spokesperson said: "Given the high volume of testing at the moment, verifying the numbers though the initial contact tracing process and getting the final set of figures is taking a little longer. From booking appointments, to taking swabs, analysing samples, tracing contacts and reporting results - our teams are working hard to keep our community safe."
