Bereaved sister raises thousands for Isle of Man Air Ambulance

A local woman will walk the Island's coastline to raise money for her late brother.

Emma Blackburn and her friend Maddie will walk 160km to raise money for Isle of Man Air Ambulance.

Her brother William was once a pilot for the ambulance and fulfilled his dream of flying whilst helping people.

Emma said: "My last challenge was in 2017 climbing Kilimanjaro. At the time William posted my pictures on his social media saying - "couldn't be prouder of my sister right now". I think it's time for a new challenge to make him proud."

She has raised more than £5000 ahead of the fundraiser next month. You can donate here.
