30,000 COVID-19 vaccination doses have now been administered on the Isle of Man.
Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford said 30,672 had been delivered.
Mr Ashford confirmed 7,000 letters are being sent out to the wider group of clinically vulnerable.
A pop-up vaccine clinic will be held in Ramsey this weekend.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle said: "The team have worked flat out all week, doing a remarkable job, administering thousands of doses. My thanks once again to everyone involved for all that you are doing for our Island."
