Appeal after person cut brake lines on scooter

Police in the east of the Island have renewed an appeal after a scooter was damaged.

It happened between 8pm last Thursday and 9am on Friday.

Officers say a scooter parked on Tramman Rise in Anagh Coar was damaged.

Both front and rear brake lines were cut, this could of caused a serious accident which could have seriously injured the rider and/or other pedestrians/motorists.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Headquarters.
