Support available for both workers and employers over contract disputes

Help is available to resolve contractual disputes between workers and employers out of court.

The message comes after a tribunal ordered Douglas Borough Council to pay a gully operative more than £5,000 for unlawful deductions of salary.

Guidance is provided on the Manx Industrial Relations Service website for those who think they may have a case.

Industrial Relations Officer Julie Bradley says there is plenty of support on offer:
