Southern Recycling Centre to re-open

The Southern Recycling Centre will re-open tomorrow at 10am.

Initially, the site will only be accepting household burnable waste (including cardboard) and green waste.

All other waste streams are not permitted at this time. 

Existing commercial customers may bring household burnable and green waste only until otherwise instructed.

A maximum time limit of 10 minutes per visit will be in place with a vehicle queuing system on site.

Only one person will be allowed out of a vehicle, social distancing must be observed, and face coverings must be worn whilst on site. Please only bring what you can unload yourself as our staff are unable to assist.

The site will be closed on Good Friday (2nd April) and Easter Monday (5th April).
