An extra five million pounds has been added to bill for the new ferry terminal at Princes Half Tide Dock in Liverpool due to coronavirus.
Infrastructure Minister Tim Baker today confirmed an additional five percent would be added for other reasons.
Speaking in the House of Keys, Mr Baker said delays and costs were incurred when unexploded world war two bombs had to be removed and protecting the seawalls from the bow thrusters of the Steam Packet's new Manxman ferry.
Mr Baker was unable to give an exact figure or estimation.
