'Care home closure highlights wider issue'

A House of Keys candidate claims the imminent closure of a care home in Peel highlights a wider problem.

Kate Lord-Brennan was responding to the news that Corrin Memorial Home will shut its doors for good in July, uprooting 21 residents.

The MLC says the closure underlines a lack of care facilities in the west of the Island.

She’s standing in the Glenfaba and Peel constituency in September’s general election.
