Two arrested in connection with Ramsey assault

Two people have been arrested in connection with an assault in Ramsey.

Emergency services were called to Bowring Road at 11:40am on Saturday.

The victim, a 29-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Noble's Hospital.

Officers cordoned off the area in and around Bowring Road for just over 2 hours in order to allow for necessary investigations to be undertaken.

Two local males have been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in custody.
