Tributes to former Marown commissioner and chairman

Tributes are being paid to a former Marown commissioner and chairman who has died.

Tim O'Hanlon passed away at the age of 73.

He was a commissioner for nearly 30 years and served as chairman a number of times.

Mr O'Hanlon was also heavily involved with Marown football and the TT.

In a statement, Marown Parish Commissioners said: "Our deepest condolences go out to his wife Liz and his entire family and friends. We have lost a dear friend, a valued member of our board and a popular member of our community. He will be missed by many for years to come."
