Henry Bloom Noble Library reports rise in eBook downloads

More should be done to promote the vast resources available at a Douglas library, according to a councillor.

Around 70 people signed up to the Henry Bloom Noble Library on-line during this year’s Covid-19 lock-downs.

The service is also reporting a significant rise in eBook downloads.
