Unsafe building in Ramsey to be demolished

A building in Ramsey is set to be demolished after being deemed unsafe.

Auldyn House in Parliament Street will be knocked down following further investigations by structural engineers.

Ramsey Town Commissioners said details of the timing for the demolition works will be issued once confirmed. 

A section of Parliament Street around the vacant building remains closed to traffic.

All shops and businesses in the area are open as normal.
