Celtic League celebrates sixty years

A non-governmental organisation is marking its 60th birthday this year.
The Celtic League – which comprises members from six nations – was set-up in 1961.
Its aims include promoting modern celtic identity and culture, with a strong emphasis placed on preserving the various languages.
Bernard Moffatt from the Mannin Branch says the current day is producing fresh challenges for the group:
