David Fowler declares for Middle constituency

David Fowler has declared his intention to stand for Middle is this year's General Election.

Mr Fowler previously ran for a seat in Douglas South 2016 and last year's By-Election.

His priorities include making sure taxes are spent efficiently and protecting the elderly, vulnerable and disabled.

The Isle of Man's General Election will take place on Thursday 23rd September.
