Former policeman declares for Ayre and Michael

Michael Commissioner Duncan Livingstone has declared he will stand for Ayre and Michael at this year's General Election.

Mr Livingstone says his priorities include affordable housing, government reform and recovering financially from the coronavirus pandemic.

The former policeman says he has experience with roads and traffic policing.

Independent Tim Johnston, Liberal Vannin's Paul Weatherall and current MHKs Alf Cannan and Tim Baker in declaring their intention to contest the seat.

The Island will go to the polls on Thursday 23rd September.
