Three arrests on first day of borders re-opening

Three people have been arrested as part of a policing operation to tackle criminal activity at the Island's borders.

Two people were charged with firearms offences after an imitation firearm was found in their vehicle while disembarking at the Sea Terminal on Sunday evening.

They are due to appear at Douglas Courthouse today.

Three people were arrested in total with two separate criminal matters still being investigated.
