Plans for £3M Eastern Civic Amenity Site submitted

Plans for a new £3 million Eastern Civic Amenity Site have been submitted.

It would replace the existing facility on Richmond Hill.

The new application has been submitted after the current site was found to be too small and the layout poor.

Landowner Dandara would build the replacement if approved.
