Mini 'Parish' Fun Walk for kids raises £30,000

A Mini ’Parish’ Fun Walk for Kids held at the weekend has raised an estimated total of £30,000 for about 60 different charities.

The fundraising event was organised by the Rotary Club of Douglas.

Mike Priest a member of the Rotary Club of Douglas, Community Service Committee said “ Big thanks must go to all the parents for encouraging their kids to take part and to raise  an amazing sum of money for their own worthy causes.
