Plea to help hedgehogs in hot weather

Hedgehogs struggling in the hot sun are requiring a helping hand from Manx residents.

The Manx Hedgehog Conservation Society is asking people to leave out a small dish of water to help them survive in the scorching conditions.

It’s thought half of the young hoglets die each year and that could be even higher with the current weather.
