A councillor has accused Tim Baker of negligence over yesterday’s local authority elections.

 

It’s after the infrastructure minister revealed there were no plans in place to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on the ballot.

 

Hundreds were prevented from voting due to self-isolation rules.
