Measures put in place to clamp down on anti-social behaviour, say Commissioners

The chairman of Onchan Commissioners says measures have been put in place to clamp down on anti-social behaviour in the village.
It comes after a court ruled stressed caused by a gang of youths played a significant part in the death of a 73-year-old woman last year.
Additional CCTV cameras and improved lighting have been added to the Onchan Park area since the incident.
