General Election: Simon Mann to stand as independent in Ramsey

Simon Mann has announced he will stand as an independent candidate in next month's General Election.

Mr Mann will run for the Ramsey constituency.

He said he would call for improvements to healthcare, more GPs and a new medical centre for the area. 

Mr Mann said he would be against the current Marina proposal.
