Police investigating dangerous driving incident on Mountain Road

Police are appealing for dash cam footage following a dangerous driving incident on the Mountain Road.

The incident involved two vehicles and happened on the A18 from Douglas to Ramsey at around 2:45pm on Sunday.

One vehicle being a White BMW 1 Series and the other vehicle being a Green Mazda MX5.

It appears to witnesses that the drivers were engaging in some sort of race against each other, and their driving may have intimidated other road users. 

If you were on the A18 from the Creg-Ny-Baa around this time and saw anything, have dash cam footage, or saw the vehicles later in their journey, as they headed towards Ramsey, please contact Police Headquarters.
