Demolition work is expected to begin on a former hotel in Port St Mary next month.
A statutory notice has been issued for the suspension of footpath and parking surrounding the Bay Queen hotel on Port St Mary Promenade.
Restrictions for demolition and reconstruction work will be place from 20th September until 19th March.
Hartford Homes purchased the building and the surrounding land in 2007 for £4 million.
Eleven years later, its plans to break up the former hotel into two blocks of 45 apartments were approved.
