Staff "put at risk" after individual lied about covid screening

The Manx Government says staff and the general public were "put at risk" after person lied about their coronavirus history when visiting a health facility.

Posting on the Government's Facebook page it said the person was waiting for a PCR test which came back as positive for Covid-19.

It's urging the public to do the right thing and stay at home if they have covid symptoms, waiting test results or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive.
