Chance to see Ramsey Quay plans ahead of presentation

Plans for the redevelopment of West Quay in Ramsey will go on display today (Monday).

Local people will be able to inspect the plans at Ramsey Town Hall ahead of a public presentation by the Department of Infrastructure.

The proposed scheme will include highway and footway reconstruction, the introduction of a new highway drainage system and improved public amenities.

Plans also include the introduction of improving flood defences to protect the town centre from further instances of flooding.

The presentation will be held in the main hall of Ramsey Grammar School (west building) on Friday at 6pm.
