Lucky escape for driver as car plunges into harbour

The driver of a vehicle escaped without injury after his vehicle plunged into the sea.

The incident happened at Battery Pier in Douglas on Saturday evening.

It saw a major response from the emergency services, including Police, Fire Service, Ambulance, Coastguards and the RNLI.

The driver was rescued from the water.

The vehicle was recovered by a crane.
