Students move to online learning due to staff absences

Staffing pressure at a school on the Isle of Man will see lessons moved online for some year groups.

Ballakermeen High School says an average of 25 teaching and support staff have been off sick this week.

Headteacher Adrienne Burnett also confirmed half of the canteen staff were absent.

Students in Year 10 will move to online lessons on Thursday and Year 9 on Friday.
