Onchan rates will be subject to a 6% increase this year.

 

High inflation, energy costs and waste disposal charges means the rates will increase for the financial year 22/23  by 20p to 343 in the pound.

 

Finance Lead for Onchan District Commissioners, Anthony Allen,  announced the twenty pence rise in a statement released this afternoon:
