A Douglas councillor says a change in culture prompted his unprecedented departure from the regeneration and communities committee.

 

Stephen Pitts’ resignation as chair also means he will no longer sit on the executive committee. Councillor Andrew Bentley succeeds Mr Pitts as chair.

 

Mr Pitts has served the board for more than 10 years, so what has changed?
