A person was given oxygen therapy following a house fire in Douglas.
Fire crews were called tot he incident on Wednesday.
Two appliances were mobilised after reports of an alarm sounding and a smell of smoke at a residential property.
The cause of the smoke was from burnt food.
One person was given oxygen therapy before being treated by paramedics.
