Councillors approve spending £20k on Douglas Carnival

Douglas Council has approved spending £20,000 towards Douglas Carnival.

Councillors voted in favour of using the money from reserves to hold the parade for the first time in three years.

The parade will run a shorter route than previous carnivals.
