Warning after catalytic converters stolen from vehicles

Police are investigating the theft of catalytic converters from vehicles.

Officers said the offenders cut the converters from underneath vehicles on private land in Ballaugh.

Island scrap dealers who are approached by individuals with numerous catalytic converters are being asked to contact police.

Officers will continue to conduct patrols in rural areas.
