Douglas Borough Council has celebrated the arrival of residents at its new social housing complex on Peel Road.

 

The two blocks comprise a mix of one and two-bedroom residential apartments for tenants, including a number designed for tenants with disabilities, along with parking, landscaping and drainage infrastructure.

 

The £12.6m project is designed with energy-efficiency at the fore, which Lead Councillor Claire Wells says will be vital to those most in need:
