Linkspan fault impacts sailings

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has confirmed disruption to sailings is likely after a fault developed with one of the Government-owned linkspans in Douglas Harbour.

Department of Infrastructure officials informed the Company of the problems this morning. Steam Packet engineers are assisting their DoI colleagues in order to return the linkspan to service as soon as possible.

Until the situation is resolved all sailings will operate from the functional linkspan.

All passengers booked on any affected sailings will be informed.
