70,000 litres of water used to tackle fires
Wed, 10 Aug 2022
Fire crews used over 70,000 litres of water to put out fires this week.
Firefighters were called to Port Soderick on Monday and Tuesday where they tackle field fires.
Thousands of litres of water was used to extinguish and dampen down the area.
They had to run hose lines across the Steam railways track, which meant the trains had to be stopped.
