Emergency services say they were called to nine incidents in the early hours of this morning, one of which has received structural damage.

 

A property at Marine Drive, Port Soderick was hit but escaped any serious damage, a property at Pinehurst Glen, Douglas had suffered major damage to its roof and electrics, a property near The Garth suffered electrical damage and a property at Hillside Avenue Douglas had it chimney stack damaged by a strike.
