Electricity prices will be capped until next March as part of a package to support Island residents and businesses through the winter months.
The Manx Government has also announced a third round of targeted support payments in December for those in receipt of child benefit and those on low incomes.
Busfares will be capped at a maximum of £2 per journey for a three-month trial from November.
