No mail from Royal Mail on Saturday due to strike

Isle of Man Post Office has confirmed it will recieve no mail on Saturday due Royal Mail workers going on strike.

Tomorrow (Friday), sees the first of the strikes in the UK by the Communication Workers Union (CWU) who represent the majority of Royal Mail’s postal workers.

No mail will be recieved from Royal Mail on Saturday but Isle of Man Post Office said it will continue to deliver for its other partners as normal.

Further Strike action has been planned for Wednesday 31st August, Thursday 8th September and Friday 9th September.
