Campervan caused 'extensive damage' to car

Police are appealing for witnesses after 'extensive damage' was caused to a car in the north of the Island.

The incident happened at around 6:15pm yesterday.

A grey Ford Kuga had been parked unattended in the car park at Ballaugh beach when another vehicle, believed to be a grey / white Suntour Kontiki motorhome on Manx number plates, crashed into the front of it causing extensive damage.

It is unlikely that the driver of the motorhome did not realise they had collided with the Kuga.

Police would like to speak to the owner of the campervan.
