Gas prices increase on Isle of Man

Gas prices on the Isle of Man increased by 44% today.

Manx Gas said the increase will only apply the increase on gas used after 1st September. If customers’ bills cover periods before and after 1st September, they will get charged the current rate up to 31st August and the new rate from 1st September.

Gas prices last went up in April 2022 - the latest rise represents an increase of £677 per annum for the average customer.
