A well known pub and eatery in Peel has appealed for the return of two scallop dishes that were taken by a customer yesterday.
The Creek had only taken delivery of the 'scallop shell' shaped crockery earlier that day and CCTV has identified a customer taking them from the premises.
In a post on the pub's social media page, they say they will accept the return of the dishes back 'without embarssment'.

Please can we politely ask customers not to take home our crockery!
We had delivery of these scallops dishes only yesterday morning and sadly we are now aware, via our cctv, of a customers taking 2 of these scallops dishes home with them without permission.
Can we ask this customer to return them without embarrassment, and the understanding that unnecessary added costs, such as theft of our crockery, is difficult to sustain at any time never mind during the economic crisis we are all facing.
If anyone wishes to purchase one they are available on Amazon.
