Resurfacing of car park completed

A car park's surface has been fully reconstructed and resurfaced in St Johns.
 
The surface at Station Road Car Park had been in very poor condition and there was no drainage which meant that there was always issues with surface water ponding after heavy rain.
 
The parking area has been reconstructed with a proper surface water drainage system included. The car park now marked with a proper layout and includes dedicated disabled parking.
 
The car park is at the end of the Douglas to St Johns section of the Heritage Trail and is opposite where the trail carries on to Peel.
