Isle of Man Post Office says more than 3,600 people responded to its latest consultation.
All residents were encouraged to take part regardless of how often they currently use postal services.
The survey, independently run by Island Global Research (IGR) with the last day for entries last Friday, saw more than 3,600 respondents, topping the response to IOMPO’s public consultation in 2018 when 2,700 people gave their views. Island residents had the opportunity to take part in the survey in a choice of three ways; online, paper copies that were available from around the Retail Network and by telephone.
Simon Kneen, Chief Executive of Isle of Man Post Office said: “We are very pleased with how many people took the time to complete this survey and I wish to thank them all. We will shortly be asking commercial customers for their feedback. Responses from both surveys will be used to inform our strategy and ‘Our Island Plan’ ensuring we continue to adapt to our valued customers’ changing needs.”
