Hazardous driving conditions as amber weather warning for ice in force

An Amber weather warning for ice has been issued this morning.

Forecasters said wintry showers fells over some parts of the Island overnight.

Police are asking drivers to drive to the conditions.

The Peel Coast Road has been closed due to ice.

Hazardous driving condiitons have also been reported in Kirk Michael, Cronk v Voddy as well as the South of the Island.
