Parcels stolen from doorsteps in Ramsey

Police are warning of parcels being stolen from doorsteps and 'Safe places' in Ramsey.

Officers said the incidents have happened particularly in and around the Ramsey Town area.

A force spokesperson said: "This has been somewhat of an issue for a while now, and appears to have intensified on the run-up to Christmas."
 
"Sadly, there are people in our community that will happily help themselves to your parcels if given the opportunity, with the Christmas period being a particularly vulnerable time for persons falling victim of this; given the increased number of deliveries being made."
