Car fails to stop for officers and crashes into police car

Police are appealing for help in finding a car which failed to stop for officers.

The incident happened in the early hours of Thursday morning in the St. John's area.

A silver coloured Mercedes coupe/ SLK style car failed to stop for officers and collided with a stationary police car and concrete pillar.

Investigating officers said the vehicle involved will have impact damage on both sides and maybe being hidden or in for repair.
