An investigation has been launched after the death of a prisoner on the Isle of Man.
The Department of Home Affairs has confirmed the inmate was found dead on Friday morning.
It said the matter has now been referred to the Coroner of Inquests.
The family have been notified and police said they were unable to comment further.
