Appeal after traffic incident in Kirk Michael

Police are appealing for information after a near miss collection in Kirk Michael.
The incident happened last Thursday at around 4:30pm on Main Road.
A white Ford Transit tipper is understood to have been stopped in the middle of the road.
The vehicle was stationary in the road at an angle before it then continued through Kirk Michael village swerving in the road and narrowly avoiding hitting a pedestrian.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Peel Police Station on 842208 or 631212 quoting the reference number 97/3361/23.
